One Part Woman by Perumal Murugan: I have been meaning to read this book for so long, and the desperation is quite high now as the second part just release. Everyone I know has read this book 😛
Geetanjali by Rabindranath Tagore: So, basically I wanted the complete copy of this book that is written in both Bengali (my mother tongue) and English. The book isn’t available anywhere though :P. Santa will have to do his magic here.
Mottled Down by Saadat Hasan Manto: As a child, I read Manto’s work in Hindi, and I really wanna go back to his writing, but I don’t have the patience to read it in Hindi now. Looking for the translated versions now.
The Winter of the Witch by Katherine Arden: Is it okay to wish for books that haven’t released yet? Santa…please?
Sula by Toni Morrison: I have been hearing all sorts of good stuff about this book. So yeah… Need this in my life.
The Good People by Hannah Kent: A book that has been recommended to me countless times. Can’t afford it really 😛
The Little Prince by de Saint Exupéry: Becuase Middle Grade is my recent crush 😛
Segu by Maryse Condé: Loved the synopsis, the best reason to want to read it. Also, it won the Alternative Noble Prize in 2018 (all the more reasons to read this book).
Rebecca by Daphne De Maurier: The classic that has been praised by all, this book has been in my TBR for the longest time.
Pachinko by Min Jin Lee: Another book that I want to read but never purchase. Maybe Santa can help?
Haha!! I just realised a lot of these books are on my wishlist too. 😂
